This morning I got up and swam with my masters team for a 2700 meters. After practice I made my the same breakfast I had yesterday.
Egg white scramble with veggies and tofu sausages with coffee and favored water.
So here is my question… do you guys just drink plain water or do you favor it with something? I have been favoring mine with the Ocean Spray on the go water flavors, I can’t seem to drink a lot of water without favoring it. Is that bad?
