I got up at 6:30 am and swam with my masters swim team this morning for 2 hours! Swam a total of 5000 meters! After swimming I cam home and made blueberry pancakes for the baby and the perfect protein pancakes from this awesome girl’s recipe. I added some strawberries and blackberries to top it off! I also had my usual nonfat miso from starbucks. Can’t start the day off without it!
Now I’m off to a swim clinic on butterfly and breast stroke. Hope everyone has a great Saturday!
